1. Theory
FREEZEWAVE is a non-invasive microwave therapy that selectively targets fat cells using controlled microwave energy to safely, effectively, and non-invasively reduce localized fat deposits and cellulite. Microwave stimulation causes fat cells to release lipids, disrupts the connective tissue responsible for the orange peel effect, and simultaneously stimulates collagen and elastin production in surrounding tissues. This helps improve skin firmness and elasticity, resulting in smoother skin.
The device operates at a frequency of 2.45GHz, which is preferentially absorbed by fat molecules rather than water molecules. Since the epidermis and dermis are rich in water content rather than fat, their conductivity is significantly lower than that of subcutaneous tissue. Therefore, when applied to the skin, the energy passes directly through the surface layers without overheating them. Only 20% of the cold wave energy produces a thermal effect, while the majority (approximately 80%) effectively targets subcutaneous fat, disrupting fat cells and dissolving localized fat deposits. Subsequently, the fats and debris on damaged cell membranes are cleared by the body’s inflammatory repair cells and expelled through the lymphatic system.
The integrated cooling system creates a barrier between the energy source and the skin, protecting the epidermis and dermis while precisely targeting the subcutaneous fat tissue. This eliminates the risk of overheating the skin directly beneath the electrodes, as seen in radiofrequency systems. This ensures safety and enhances customer comfort.

2. Application
(1) Localized Fat Deposits: The deep-penetrating probe delivers energy deep into the tissue, disrupting the membranes of subcutaneous fat cells. The dissolved fat is then expelled from the body through stimulated physiological metabolic processes (macrophage lipolysis).
(2) Cellulite: Precisely targets the connective septa between fat lobules in advanced cellulite (where the typical “orange peel effect” is visible).
(3) Skin Tightening: Unique microwave energy instantly contracts dermal collagen fibers while stimulating new collagen production, resulting in firmer, more elastic tissue.

Product Maintenance
(1) Warranty: one year from the date of purchase for the main unit, six months for the treatment handpieces. We are responsible for the maintenance in our factory in GZ. After the warranty period has expired, we will charge a service fee or component fee.
(2) After treatment, wipe off any gel/essential oil residue from the handpiece using a clean cloth.
(3) Improper installation, operation, or maintenance of the instrument may cause malfunction of this or other equipment.
(4) If display malfunctions or other obvious defects occur, immediately turn off the device using the power switch, unplug the power cord, and contact the manufacturer for maintenance. Do not attempt repairs without guidance.
(5) If the device is not installed immediately upon receipt, store it along with all external components or accessories in their original packaging in a dry location. For long-term storage, place the device in its original packaging and store it indoors in a well-ventilated area free from corrosive substances.
(6) Do not store the equipment in dusty environments. Do not immerse it in any liquid. Keep it away from running water. Avoid placing the equipment in direct sunlight.
(7) Prohibited environments for machine operation:
Humid and hot environments.
Dusty environments.
Environments with high levels of smoke, dust, or water vapor.
(8) Disclaimer:
Damage caused by fire, earthquake, or war.
User malfunction or operator error.
Damage resulting from other purposes (not covered in the manual).
